At Foundations, it is our mission to provide your child with a safe and nurturing environment as they get started on their academic journey. We want you to feel secure that while at Foundations, your child will receive the optimal preschool experience by combining a developmental readiness philosophy in a home like atmosphere.
Foundations' Founders
Founding and operating the center, Joanne Lasky OTR/L and Janine Sherk MS OTR/L, have received Bachelors and Masters Degrees from the University at Buffalo and D’Youville College, respectively. Together, both therapists have specialized in the field of pediatrics and pre-school education for over 20 years in the WNY area.
It is their strong belief in a developmental philosophy, their passion for education, and their love for children that has resulted in the creation of Foundations Pre-School.
